Complimentary strategy discussion

A strategy discussion can be arranged within a short time and is conducted by telephone.

It involves a brief assessment of the current situation and a needs analysis. You describe what your biggest challenge is, what you would like to achieve and why, what your ideal solution looks like and how long you have been thinking about it.

Subsequently, a possible course of action is discussed together.

A strategy discussionis free of charge, lasts a maximum of 15 minutes and is offered to potential clients in the preferred areas of activity. This allows you and me to decide if a cooperation is desired. Legal questions will not be answered.

Every intervention has its price. The client agrees to pay the fees in addition to all expenses of the agent including VAT.

Time spent

The fee (VAT exclusive) will be agreed upon depending on the value of the case and the specific circumstances (such as the difficulty of the case, urgency, etc.). It is calculated according to time spent based on an agreed hourly rate.

Lump sum, other expenses

In addition, the client shall pay a lump sum of 3 % of the total fee owed (VAT exclusive). This covers expenses for postage (A class mail), telecommunications, photocopies. All other expenses (such as registered mail, travel expenses) shall be reimbursed separately.

VAT

Furthermore, the value added tax (currently 8.1 %) is due for services in Switzerland.

Retainer, monthly (interim) invoices

The client shall pay a retainer, deducted from the invoiced amount, before any work is performed. In principle, the client is responsible for his own expenses.

As a rule, monthly (interim) invoices are issued. The services rendered are described in detail.
